Our menus and cooking methods are founded to the Mediterranean and Greek traditional cuisine with their international extensions.
Dishes with seasonal vegetables and vegetable proteins are covering most of our daily menu with the addition of meat when is needed.

Traditional one pot cook recipes are always on our menu (all of them are vegan with seasonal ingredients and cooked with extra-virgin olive oil.)
Always at least two seasonal salads are completing our daily menu.

We make a very clear separation on the toppings that we are serving every day with our main dishes (such as cheese on top or feta cheese etc)so the choice of vegan or vegetarian is up to you.

Indicatively on a five choice menu,usually four or three out of them are vegan.
